The office space provides a more formal and traditional working environment with lockable office space the rooms vary in size from a two person office upwards - see plan on right for location. The monthly charge you will pay will include:
- Rent
- Business rates and local rates
- Building insurance (we cannot insure your contents)
- Building maintenance
- Rent of all office furniture within the suite
- Car parking
- Broadband internet
- Phone line
- Heating and lighting
- Mail collection and delivery
- Daily cleaning
- On site centre manager
- Security lock up
- Telephone answering in company name during normal office hours
- Use of tenant kitchen
- Use of informal seating areas and breakout area
In addition to these services which are included in your monthly charge we offer the following services which will incur additional costs:
- Telephone usage will be recorded electronically and invoiced monthly in arrears
- Central photocopier usage will be recorded electronically and invoiced monthly in arrears
