Accommodation // Flexi
The flexi space is an open plan/hot desking office environment for occupiers who may not wish to pay for a permanent location but would benefit from the occasional use of a desk, internet connection and phone. Occupiers have the benefit from the day to day services such as the use of the address and telephone answering, but pay as they wish to use a work station. The flexi space desks are limited and it is advised that you book in advance to reserve a desk, if available we will rent desks on the day - for which the monthly charge you pay will include:
- Mail collection and delivery
- Telephone answering in company name during normal office hours
The daily rate to use a desk will include:
- Rent
- Business rates and local rates
- Building insurance (we cannot insure your contents)
- Building maintenance
- Rent of all office furniture within the suite
- Daily cleaning
- On site centre manager
- Security lock up
- Car parking
- Broadband internet
- Phone line
- Heating and lighting
- Use of informal seating areas and breakout area
In addition to these services which are we offer the following services which will incur additional costs:
- Telephone usage will be recorded electronically and invoiced monthly in arrears
- Central photocopier usage will be recorded electronically and invoiced monthly in arrears
